2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Own or have the rights to any content you provide to us

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are clearly stated at the time of order. Prices are in EUR or GBP depending on the service.
• Invoicing: Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds: Services are non-refundable once delivered. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery and Revisions

• Services are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed at the time of order (usually 24–48 hours).
• Reasonable revisions are included in the service price. Excessive changes may incur additional fees.
• Final approval is required from the client before we consider a project complete.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (e.g., website files, landing pages, content).
• We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
• All intellectual property rights not expressly granted are reserved by Digital Media Blitz Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Media Blitz Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
